It is one thing to be critical and honestly comment about events or situations which I find disturbing. It is another to merely be insulting and abusive. I really need to learn this lesson. Every time I point the finger at someone else, I am forgetting it is my finger that is doing the pointing. Perhaps this is why the man from Galilee said we should ask for our trespasses to be forgiven even as we forgive those who trespass against us.
But then again, sometimes I think that no matter how “open minded” I may be, my old spots just ain’t going to do the leopard dance and shuffle off to Buffalo. It is more likely, I fear, that I will just be washed over Niagara Falls, riding in a barrel labled Beware, Hell is Alive.
